Bridget is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, and holds a bachelors’ degree in exercise science. She has been active in the fitness and wellness industry for over 25 years. She has worked with geriatric patients in skilled nursing to restore strength and mobility to improve activities of daily living, post-surgery, and with neuromuscular conditions. She has worked as a PTA in outpatient physical therapy clinics to restore optimal function with a variety of conditions that involve the nervous system, muscular, and skeletal system.

Therapeutic Massage includes a personalized session designed to meet the individual’s goals, whether it be for relaxation or for a specific musculoskeletal condition, my specialized skills can decrease or eliminate pain and improve function in any population.

Personal training can be designed for one-on-one training or group training. Sessions are designed specifically to meet the goals of the client which include but not limited to weight loss, increased strength, improved posture, work hardening, injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, and for general health and wellbeing.
